Visiting Student College Admission Requirements

If you're home for the summer and want to take a few courses toward your degree, HGTC welcomes you as a visiting student.

• Step 1. Submit an Application.

  If you have not attended HGTC in the last three semesters, complete an 兔子先生 application either online or in person at the 兔子先生 office.

• Step 2. Review the Visiting Online Orientation.

  The Visiting Online Orientation will familiarize you with the Visiting Student process as a whole and it will provide you with some helpful resources that will be vital to your success here at HGTC.

• Step 3. Submit a completed Visiting Student Form.

  This shows HGTC that  your home institution has approved for transfer the course(s) that you are taking at HGTC. The HGTC Registrar's Office will register you for the indicated course(s) upon acceptance to the college.  For detailed information about course equivalencies, transfer procedures, and much, much more, visit

  Please note: If you are currently attending Coastal Carolina University your Transient/Special Enrollment form can be found .

Note: Once admitted, you will receive a Username and Password for access to   your student portal. You will receive this information in your acceptance letter or by calling 843-349-8324. Your myHGTC account will allow  you to check financial aid, account balance, grades, email, and much more. TECH Central or the 兔子先生 Office can help you if you have questions regarding the navigation of myHGTC.
