Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 protects students, employees, applicants for admission and employment, and other persons from all forms of sex discrimination.

Take the pledge against sexual assault -

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (鈥淭itle IX鈥), 20 U.S.C. 搂1681 et seq., is a Federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex - including pregnancy and parental status - in educational programs and activities.

According to guidance received from the Department of Education鈥檚 Office of Civil Rights (鈥淥CR鈥), under Title IX, colleges must not exclude a pregnant student from participating in any part of an educational program. 兔子先生 is committed to ensuring that pregnant students receive reasonable accommodations to ensure access to our educational programs. Students do not have to drop out of classes or academic programs or change educational plans due to pregnancy.
