Notice:
Beginning on Monday, June 23, 2025, Docusign will be unavailable as HGTC transitions to SoftDocs for all admissions related forms. During this time, students can submit forms by going to any of our three campus locations to complete any necessary paperwork in person.
We understand that this may cause an inconvenience to some students, and for that we apologize. However, we kindly request your patience and understanding as we make this necessary transition. Students will be informed once electronic forms become available once again.

Several HGTC programs of study require applicants to complete a criminal background check, urine drug screening and/or immunization requirements before placement into the program and/or into clinical/field experience classes. All fees associated with these requirements are the responsibility of the student.
