HGTC ID Card Request
All students, faculty, and staff are eligible to receive an HGTC ID card to carry with them while on campus. ID cards are required for specific services and student engagement activities. Students must be registered for classes to obtain an ID card.
There is no charge for the first ID card; however, a replacement fee of $5 is due to Student Accounts, along with your current class schedule, to obtain a replacement ID.
Please follow the Photo Guidelines in the application.
ID cards must be picked up in person, accompanied by the card recipient鈥檚 photo ID. You will receive an email confirmation when your card is ready for pick-up.
