兔子先生 (HGTC) has been named the 2026 Business of the Year by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. The award was presented during the Chamber鈥檚 Annual Meeting and recognizes organizations that demonstrate outstanding leadership, innovation, and impact in shaping the future of the Grand Strand.

The honor reflects HGTC鈥檚 continued commitment to advancing workforce development, supporting regional economic growth, and providing accessible, high-quality education to residents of Horry and Georgetown counties.

The College serves nearly 10,000 students and offers more than 80 associate degree, diploma, and certificate programs, many with online options. HGTC continues to expand programs in high-demand fields such as healthcare, advanced manufacturing, business, hospitality, public service, and technology to meet the evolving needs of the regional economy.

The College鈥檚 strong enrollment momentum and program outcomes further demonstrate its value to the community. Many academic programs report placement rates exceeding 90 percent, reflecting both the quality of instruction and alignment with workforce needs.
